Orders & Quotes
All orders are subject to a written quote and artwork approval. Manufacturing does not commence until the customer has approved the design artwork in writing. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Payment
A deposit is required prior to commencement of manufacturing. The balance is due prior to delivery or installation. We accept bank transfer and other payment methods as agreed at the time of order.
Delivery & Installation
We deliver Australia-wide. Delivery times vary depending on the product and location. Installation is available in most areas; where we are unable to install directly, we will provide contacts for local installers.
Cemetery Regulations
It is the customer's responsibility to obtain any required approvals from the relevant cemetery authority prior to ordering. Australian Cemetery Supplies is not responsible for any approvals or permits required by the cemetery.
